What?[edit]

"The theory that the more times you perform certain actions, such as donating to the Money Tree or taking care of your pets, your chances of receiving beneficial Random Events increases. Karma is mainly theoretical but does exist to some extent in Neopets. For example, if you refuse a Faerie Quest, the chance of you getting another one is decreased. In fact, for 10 minutes after you refuse, it is non-existent. However, that statement is a unique case, as it is directly stated that a limit will be placed. It is currently unknown whether other activities will increase luck."

We just defined karma as doing certain actions to INCREASE the chances of receiving BENEFICIAL events. How does refusing Faerie Quests fit into this definition? At the very least it should be re-worded. --Littlemac 03:13, 28 Jul 2006 (CDT)

Refusing to do a Faerie Quest is refusing to do a good deed for someone in need of your assistance. That's "bad karma", as you are always supposed to be helping someone in need. and yes, it should be updated. *sigh* in fact...i thnk i would go as far as to combine this with the corresponding articles it refers to, as i think a wikipedia link (via this) would give the better description of karma. --Jacob 12:17, 28 Jul 2006 (CDT)
