The Masked Intruder

The mask intruder is a large kougra that is quite muscular. His physic makes him very strong. some people think that he should be in charge and not judge hog mostly because people like kougra's more. he does not wear any clothing at all except for a mask, gloves and some shoes. He is ususally seen as nude since his private area isn't covered. but still people respect him not matter what.
