The Jelly Keeper

The Jelly Keeper is a jelly Wocky who guards the Giant Jelly in Jelly World. He sees to it that no one gets more than one piece of jelly or bowl of trifle a day. He both reminds people ("Remember... only one helping per day!") and prevents them from taking another piece ("NO! You cannot take more than one jelly per day!").
