Improvements

I'd do this myself if it weren't protected, but on this template, it should not have the period at the end of "This page has been designated a zero tolerance zone." This way, you can also optionally remove the ellipsis (the "...") from the next line. I'm pretty sure that's doable. --Gaeamil 08:55, 28 Nov 2007 (UTC)
