King Coltzan III was a Lupe and the former King of Sakhmet. He was murdered by Princess Sankara during the Usurper! plot. His spirit now resides within Coltzan's Shrine, and his ghost sometimes gives out prizes to Neopets that visit the shrine to pay their respects. King Coltzan is survived by his two daughters, Princess Amira and Princess Vyssa.
King Coltzan was kind, generous, wise, and just. He was also a brave warrior, and songs of his heroic deeds are sung all over the Lost Desert. He ruled over Sakhmet for many years and was loved by all his subjects.
