Denethrir is a Blue Bruce non-player character from the game NeoQuest. He is a scholar: he came to the Jungle Ruins to study them. Although there are monsters on the floors above and below him, the ones above don't come down as far as his level, and the ones below don't come up as far. The books he has been studying have taught him the secrets of the Gaia Wands, a set of weapons he is willing to manufacture for the player.
When shown Rollay Scaleback's medallion, he is unable to decipher it and recommends the player takes it to Eleus Batrin.
