Jesper is a young ghost Zebba who haunts the Cemetery in the Petpet Park. He's always on the lookout for a good adventure, but doesn't get to experience many because his spirit is bound to the graveyard. He is the brother of Mumbell, another ghost in the area, and can remember a magical battle between a witch and a wizard when he was very young.
The headstone on Jesper's grave reads, "In loving memory of Jesper. May he find the adventure he longed for."
