Species:   Scorchio
Location:   Neopia City

Morax is one of the early craftsmen in NeoQuest I, and is the first to make you a defensive item. He was once the apprentice of Choras Tillie, another armor-making resident of Neopia Central, but eventually decided to strike out on his own and make his own armor.
