Faerie Quest
These Quests are given out as Random Events. If you get one, you are lucky, as most only get one a week or so. In the earlier days of Neopets, they were given on request, but this system was replaced with the random event method as some users were abusing the privelege.
As well as the six types of basic Faerie, there are also some extra powerful Uber-Faeries in Neopia. These special creatures cannot be captured easily, although you may come across one now and again. If they deem your pet to be worthy they can greatly increase its experience, strength, intelligence and abilities. You will meet an Uber-Faerie whenever your pet takes on a Quest.
Although once, you were granted access to their secret lair and ask them for various tasks to do their bidding, after much scandalous acts, the uber-faeries have decided that it is better that they approach a person of their choosing to do their bidding. If you have been chosen, you have been singled out by that faerie from a possible millions of neopians. Do not let the uber-faeries down for failure could mean no more requests in the future!
When you are given an Uber Faerie Quest, one of the Uber Faeries will ask for an item. There is no time limit and delivering the item will get you a certain reward (Normally Stat Boosts), depending on the type of faerie:
- Fire Faerie: Asks for Clothes, Raises Strength.
- Light Faerie: Asks for Trading Cards, Raises Level.
- Earth Faerie: Asks for Magical Items, Feeds all Pets and Heals all pets to full Health. (Earth Faerie quests are normally considered not-worth-it, and should be rejected.)
- Air Faerie: Asks for Beauty Products, Raises Speed.
- Dark Faerie: Asks for Toys, Raises HP.
- Water Faerie: Asks for Books, Raises Defence.
- Faerie Queen(Very Rare): Asks for random item(May be expensive), raises all stats.
- Space Faerie (Very Rare): Asks for random item(May be expensive), raises level by 4.
- Fountain Faerie (Very Rare): Asks for random item(May be expensive), gives one access to the Rainbow Fountain.
When you have an Uber Faerie Quest, you may not use the Shop Wizard. You may reject it at any time, but you will not be able to get quests for another 10 minutes, at which time you must visit the Faerie Quest page.
