The Petty Pilferer is Green Kyrii that wears an red bandana and carries a small dirk. During the War for the Obelisk he fought on behalf of the Thieves Guild.
Players who did not side with the guild could fight the Petty Pilferer in the Battledome during the first charge of the War for the Obelisk plot.
