-Briana is an Air Faerie that gives out special quests and prizes. Only available to Neopets Mobile users.  She is found on Lutari Island. Not much is known about this faerie other than she is very beautiful and high tempered. She is normal looking when calm but when angry she sometimes may turn bright rd all over depending on how angry she is exactly. Not many people have seen this radient air faerie.
