The Lupe is one of the more popular Neopets and is commonly used for intermediate level battling because of its '''Iron Lupe Sword''' and '''Ancient Lupe Wand'''.

The name "Lupe" comes from the latin word lupis, meaning wolf. Lupes come in many colors ranging from baby to maraquan (which is pretty much a sea lion/seal).

Lupes are common characters in Neopian [[Games]] and [[Plots]]. Many users like Lupes because of how closely they resemble real wolves, and enjoy [[Roleplaying]] their Lupes as a wolf pack.
