209.89.236.17:

The Lawyerbot keeps the site safe for all Neopians. According to Neopian folklore, he is the only known lawyer that works for Neopets and protects Neopets from lawsuit. Likewise he also goes after scammers and hackers and tries to bring them to justice under the full extent of the law.
His userlookup provides a picture of a robot holding a briefcase and it says lawyerbot #1337.

The Faeries are an all-female race of magical creatures that inhabit Neopia. They were first introduced to the Neopets website on January 14, 2000. Faeries are humanoid in appearance and have slightly pointed ears. With the exception of the mermaid-like Water Faeries and the wingless Grey Faerie, all faeries have a pair of wings on their back that give them the ability to fly. While most faeries appear to be roughly the size of a normal human, TNT has stated that faeries can use their magic to shrink at will, becoming small enough to fit inside of a bottle. This shrinking power was explicitly demonstrated by the Four Faeries in Neoquest II. Faeries are also known to be very long lived, or perhaps even immortal. Queen Fyora, for example, is at least one thousand years old.

Faerie types
Within the world of Neopets, there are six types of faeries, each of which correspond to one of the six magical elements of Neopia:

*Air Faerie
*Dark Faerie
*Earth Faerie
*Fire Faerie
*Light Faerie
*Water Faerie

Bottled Faeries
Faeries are sometimes captured by Balthazar or some other faerie hunter and imprisoned in a bottle. Bottled faeries act as items and can be traded. If a Neopet releases one of these faeries, they may be granted a special faerie ability. There are six sets of abilities that can be granted, one for each type of spell faerie, and a pet must be of a high enough level to control the ability the faerie is trying to grant, or else the faerie will just fly away. these abilities become useful for fighting in the Battledome.

Faeire Quests
:Main Article: Faerie Quest

As well as the more common spell faerie, there are also six extra-powerful versions of each faerie called the Uber Faeries. They, along with the Faerie Queen, the Fountain Faerie, and the Space Faerie, grant quests to users, asking for specific items in return for altering a pet's stats. Originally, users could request to do a Faerie Quest but because people abused the privilege they were changed into random events on October 2nd, 2000.

Colour
:Main Article: Faerie (colour)

Faerie is also one of the many colours that users can paint their Neopets and Petpets. Faeire pets are know for their vibrant colours and beautiful faerie-like wings. The Faerie colour for Neopets was released on January 16, 2001, and the Faerie colour for Petpets was released on November 7, 2001.

Trivia
*Originally, the faeries were pictured as captured in little containers, almost like Tupperware. They evolved over time into the bottles we see them in now.

*Long ago, at the beginning of the site, the faeries didn't have faces. In later years, they were revamped and given the forms they have now.

*When a faerie of any kind is released by a Shoyru, you will get an avatar.

The Earth Faerie is one of the six major types of Faeries in Neopets. They live in the forests of Neopia, making their homes between the branches of the tallest trees. They love to collect and store items, and try and hide themselves from the creatures far below. They can grant powers such as toughened skin, the ability to magically create food or to burrow into the ground.

Earth Faerie Quest
Earth Faeries will sometimes ask for a certain magical item, and in return will feed one of your pets so that it is bloated. The Earth Faerie's reward was considered the worst of the faerie quests because it was the only Faerie quest where the pet's stats are not raised upon completion of the quest, so many users chose to opt out rather than complete the quest. However, when Faerie Quests were re-released after the plot The_Faeries_Ruin, her rewards were changed. She now always rewards you with either 1-2 strength, 1-2 defence or 1-2 agility (speed) points.

However, when Faerie Quests were re-released after the Faerie's Ruin plot, her rewards were changed. She now always rewards you with either 1-2 strength, 1-2 defence or 1-2 agility (speed) points.
