The page doesn't even load it stays blank then it gets timed out.Problem is, I got a lot of stuff building up in my inbox because of it.

Mines working fine, but I saw someone on Charter last night with the same problem. All the contact info is listed in the help section on premium.neopets.com, I'd suggest contacting them as they're the only ones who can fix it for you.
