I haven't used my neopets account for a few years, when I tried to login a few weeks ago i sent off to find my password, so i know that it is correct.

When i try to log in afte ri enter my correct username and password I am presented with a screen whihc asks for my birthday, I enter my birthday (21/11/86) and the page just refreshes back to ask me for it again! so in affect I can't log in, I know i gave my correct birthday when i first signed up, and it can't be an underage thing because I am 19!

screenshot of the problem below, it appears to be an official neopets url as well.

Has anyone else seen this problem/found a way to solve it?

I have emailed neopets customer support etc and have heard nothing from them



P.S I have tired using internet explorer incase it was a firefox thing but same problem

The only possible solution I can think of is that you might have accidently given the wrong DoB when you signed up?

Yeah, neopets asks for your birthday if you haven't logged in for a long time.


Edit: I added your account as a neofriend to see your age, and it says you're 25. Try adjusting your birthyear to reflect that?
