Situation: Neighbour's daughter decide to get a neopet account (the son already has one)
Her question to me via neomail was:
Ronnie decided that she wanted a neopet so I created her an account 2 days ago but the neopets site will not let her use coltzan's shrine to recieve anything can you explain?

Has TNT made it so newbie accounts cannot access freebies for a certain period? If they have, what is the time frame please?
Thanks in advance to whoever answers so I can neomail her back :)

I believe they made it like that awhile ago.

The usual time frame is about 12 hours, I believe. :)

If I remember correctly, you have to be at least 48 hours old to use Coltzan's Shrine o.O

Exactly 48 hours, in fact. The account might still be 1 or 2 hours younger.

I know you can go to the WoE until your account is 12 hours (almost said years. I wouldn't be going to WoE with my 3 year old account if it was) old.

I assume it's just a messure to decay those Neopians who wish to make a fast buck using more then 1 account. I think it's just a standard messure for everyone.
