I don't believe it! Every hour that I played NP, I would put up jellies, omelettes, and healing potions/elixers. I go to do that this morning and I get this error msg:

Sorry [item] is too cheap to auction

That was my main source of income! Actually, my only source, since I am too scared to play any of their games, and I stink at restocks.

Waaahhh.....how could they? So much for their neotip "You can get cheap food at the auctions....."

As it is, they didn't even put up the new Mystery Pic today....I am not likeing TNT right now....

Hold on, is it objecting to the starting price or the item itself?

Ok, this is how it goes.

I click on the item in My Items.

The window pops up.

I choose "Put up for auction!"

I get my active pet looking all sad with the msg "Sorry [item] is too cheap to auction"

I cry.

It has to do with the estimated value of the items. Many foods have low estimated values, so they can't be auctioned.

Jellies from Jelly World have a high estimated value (why, I don't know), and so they pass the test, as it were.

What do you mean too cheap? You mean I cannot put a paint brush for 1np on the auction? or tnt wants us to put a prison jelly for 10,000? Or only certain items are ban in auction? nasty tnt.

Click on an item in your inventory, and it will show some information about that item, including a line called "Estimated Value." That's probably what the auction script looks at to see if an item is auctionable.

It has nothing to do with starting price. Just that line there (which is worthless in determining an item's value, btw).

No, I can't even enter an amount. It happens just like I described above.

And I tried putting in a more expensive item (TCG card), and I could auction that off.

This is unbelieveable........ :x

Ok, it looks like you can't auction off anything given away for free...

Jellies
Omelettes
Potions from Healing Springs
Tombola items (except faeries and codestones)
Coltzan Items
Fruit Machine Items
Snowballs

Now I am really mad... :x :x :x

Maybe you could sell them in your shop instead of auctioning them? o_O

I do have them in my shop, but they never sell at the price I put them in auction for. I can easily make 1600 NP each hour by auctioning off omelettes, potions, and jellies for 199 (or 200 when bid), but no one buys them for 200 in my shop, obviously.

This is why I'm so mad...I'm losing 1600 an hour thanks to this.... :x

Why are people buying these items for those prices in auctions when you can find them on them on the shop wiz for much less? O.o
