Meerca Chase II

Meerca Chase II is now out, and available to premium players to play...

Is it me or does the Meerca look like it's about to get a makeover? It seems rounder and cuter to me on the game intro:

Screenshot links coming up in a sec....there are 3 modes:

Classic: Like the original, sorta....freaks me out because the meerca MOVES, as in arms and legs move as you are moving...

Freestyle: 360 degree movement...the thing can run in circles!

No more just left/right/up/down in this mode...

Maze: Ack! Hard...but a maze you have to avoid walls in...runs like classic mode...

Like the original, three difficulties....easy, medium, hard.

I'm assuming they're going to get rid of MC1 then... Think the avatar will still apply to this one? :o

I just logged in, and ended up logging out - didn't even check the portal. Site's acting all laggy and wonky. Couldn't get anywhere so gave up. Maybe they're working on the game room and some other stuff?

Ok that is fun, I like the Maze, but Freestyle was hard because I wasn't prepared for it to go in circles like that. Oh well I'm not good at the old version so I didn't think I would be good at this one either.

I think the newer one is MUCH easier actually, but I play it in the classic mode. It seems the red neggs don't pop up as often in my opinion, and it's easier to judge and navigate IMO. Freestyle mode reminds me a LOT of that Lucky Charms sponsor game where you had to use Lucky and collect marshmellows.

I dunno, hard to say. If they do tie the avatar in to the new game, I think a lot of folks who couldn't succeed in the original will see they can score higher with this one. Or maybe they'll just say "forget it" and do what they did with Mutant Graveyard of Doom and make it a refreshable avatar or something...

Either way, without knowing, it's probably a good idea for those who haven't gotten the meerca avatar and want it to focus on getting it right now, before the new one goes public-..just in case.

I really enjoy this, although I cannot stand that blue background. I have some problems trying freestyle, and the maze is fun, although does hard seem faster to anyone else? o_o
