As of around 5am NST, the Daily Dare page is broken. A bunch of repeating code and no links.

If the DD page is still down, you might be able to challenge AAA directly from the Bumble Beams page (http://www.neopets.com/games/game.phtml?game_id=799). You can't claim your prize from there, but hopefully the site is at least recording completion of the challenge when it happens.

Ugh, this is one of my less favorite games. I managed it on the second try (after relearning the game a bit), but yuck. Definitely not one I play on a regular basis for fun or anything.

I had to challenge on the actually Bumble Beams page, and as of now (7am NST), it's still not possible to collect prizes. There's a lot of "Strict Standards: Only variables should be passed by reference in /var/www/html/neopets/common/content/games/DD/Y18/User.php on line 409" showing up at the top of the screen still. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

I was just about to post that the DD page is broken and I cannot challenge either opponent. I am glad it isn't just me with the issue. 750 Bumble Beam is not bad, and I should be able to do that later today.

I did manage to beat AAA in Snowroller last night before midnight and collected the "day of" prize. I still need to finish Ice Cream Machine, though. Best so far is about 5k, but I am getting closer.

Day 10 TEAM CHALLENGE.

Beach Volleyball. AAA 250. My highest is 100, but I should be able to push it out to 250. I really, really hate this game, I just can't get use to the controls.

ETA: Just found a great tip to this game. On round 1, just keep tieing the game. So far I have got more than 100 and still going, I might try for the avi.

Today is a team challenge. Anyone need a partner for AAA? I want to play in about 3 hours (or maybe 11 hours).

Beach Volleyball... Not a super hard game, and I will have some time this afternoon to play a while. I will just need to brush up on the scoring tips to meet or beat my HS of 280.

I hate this game. Hate. Hate. Hate. And yes, it's one of the game avvies I'm still missing. 250 should be OK, I've beaten it before, but ugh. Ugh ugh ugh.


ETA: Tied my best score of 420. Might have been able to do better, but the game glitched and the ball got stuck on top of the net on my opponent's side, and he wouldn't jump up to hit it, just kept running at the net. Sigh.
I also experienced the ball go straight through the net once. Lost a point because of that one, ugh.

If I'm not hacked off at this game later, I *might* try for a higher score, but bleh.

ETA2: Managed a 650. Ugh. So close, yet so far away...

Edit: Man, I wish they would let you choose Abi's team prize instead; I'd rather have the unbuyable book unless the weapon is stupendous (it won't be...). And I also need Abi's regular prize for my gallery...

Finally made the score by going through the rounds, can't get past round 3 but had enough points to reach 250.

I think I might try really hard to get this avi, now that I have more control over the mynci. Heck of a sore wrist though.

I took the strength this time and bought the shirt.

JS is still not quite getting the idea about prize value. The book would be a much better prize than a Fragile weapon. 11 icons is good, but the weapon breaks.

But overall, the prizes have been nicely designed. Now that JS are suppose to be targeting the 'older' player, I see cocktails are making a comeback. Sunset on the Beach, indeed.

Finally beat AAA in Mynci Beach Volleyball... at 12:01 NST just missed the day-of by one stinking minute. Ah well, at least the challenge timeframe is longer than 24 hours, so at least I didn't let my partner down.

I now remember why I only play this game during DD...

On to the next challenge... Stowaway Sting. AAA is 650! My top score is 582. And it is a double dare day.

AAA's scores are getting increasingly challenging.

ETA: Nevermind... found a good guide and easily got 752 on first try. Done for today. Well, except for dodging scoops, I guess. Darned ice cream.

ETA2: Decided to give Ice Cream Machine another shot... after a shot Managed to get 8135! DONE!

I struggle with Stowaway Sting, but the score was manageable.

That was really stinky luck with MBV, Blue, but I am glad you got AAA's score.

Yay, congrats on beating ICM, Blue! I got my team challenge prize; thanks, partner! The shirt wasn't going for too much, but it stinks to miss out on it by a minute.

Stowaway Sting wasn't too bad. I thought I'd go for an avvie score, but I accidentally took a dive because I forgot the water was hiding behind one of the enemies.
