Wow, JN's guide kind of sucks. I used to use a petpage that had screenshots of where to position your mouse on the screen *before* each level, so you could use the words to drill down to a precise spot, and the timing instructions were impeccable. I actually started ignoring JN's guide and figuring it out on my own on a few levels because the guide timing (and sometimes even the clicking) instructions were sometimes very off.

Anyway, even despite all that, I manged well over AAA's score. Now just waiting for Blue for the team prize!

Well, that was fun. I actually made it through the whole game without a guide. I think that's a first. I probably could've scored a lot better with a guide, but it was a nice challenge.

Just made enough to beat AAA on today's game.

So that was easy. I guess having practiced this one so many times for the exceptional 8 rules helped just a bit. Max score on the first try.

Ugh. Not a fan of Bruno's... Finally managed to beat AAA. It is definitely a matter of knowing the maps of the levels. I thought there was a guide with screenshots of the maps, but now found only videos. Not wanting to watch videos, I just figured them out. But, slowly.

Glad today is done.

Sophie's Stew is another game I don't like plaing, but I did manage my highest score to get AAA.

I'd heard that today might be Barf Boat. I hate that game, but I might have preferred it. I hurt my right wrist at the gym yesterday, and using a mouse is really hard today. It'd be fine if there was a way to pause and take breaks, or if it were a shorter game, but as it is, it's terrible. I managed a 206 on my first game, though, so I'll take a break and try again. (The injury definitely affects my fine motor control.) I'll try to wrap the wrist and hope that helps, but I'm not going to risk making it worse for a game.

Edit: Noooo! I got a 288, then took a break. Had an incredible game where the meowclops kindly ate all the things Sophie threw while I was still getting the last one, ended with a 400... and was so relieved, I forgot to challenge AAA first. I want to cry now.

Edit: Phew. The next game was just as easy. (The key was getting the magnifier power-up because it required less fine motor control.) As soon as I realized I was past AAA, I switched tabs, challenged, then went back and ended the game because there's no point in playing longer when my wrist hurts. (Pretty sure I have this in my right wrist. I'm left-handed, but I've had symptoms after gripping certain types of obstacles at the ninja gym. I really didn't think I did that much of that type of grip yesterday, though... *sigh* I'm way too prone to tendinitis to be doing what I'm doing, but I'm too stubborn to stop.)

Took a few runs, but got it okay. Too tired to try for a better score, so I took the first score I went over. Still glad it seems they've swapped Barf Boat for another day. I definitely don't have the patience for it today.

Don't forget the code 'hungrymeowclops' for an extra life (after you've lost at least once).

Barf Boat's score is pretty low compared to previous challenges (I'm basing this on my high score vs. AAA's score). Try Extreme Mode. I tried on regular mode, got frustrated after a couple of games and a 295, and then decided to try Extreme. The points rack up super quickly, and I thought it was actually easier to keep the petpets on the smaller boat!

Today's game had a much lower score than I thought it would. AAA brings a book.

I play on regular and got the score first go. I have a much higher tolerance for this game than the last couple we have had.

Remember to press space bar to jump over bombs and before they blow up. The more petpets you can keep on the deck at once, the more points you get.
