I just can't get the dang Snow Beast

My battle pet just lost against the Giant whattheheckever Chomby. Lost. This pet has never lost a single battle out of the 1536 battles it's been in. Until today. I was careless, I usually back out of battles if I'm not sure I won't leave with 1hp. Seasonal Attack Pea + SOS + Fierce attack = pet pwned with an attack worth 62% of its total hp. Jesus.
I'm beside myself with anger at myself. Having zero losses was something I prided myself on... I imagine these feelings are similar to if I had gotten frozen. So freakin mad. I will never get that zero back. If my attack had just done 24 more, it would've been a draw. I would've been mad, but okay with that.
I hate Chombies now. Despite having one. It will starve.
Month later update: Jeeze no one posts in here o.O Anyway! I BEAT HIM!!!! Using Fiery Gaze until it actually works, then Shovel Plus, Dual Battle Mirror, and a Lucky Robots foot just in case (though I didn't use it). He didn't use any weapons after the first move, which was odd, but I'll take the win.
Next is Mootix Warrior... He has FSS, 100% freezer, 100% blocker, and a potential 30 iconer. And that's it. o_o Talk about impossible....
I know the feeling... 12 losses and 12 ties now with 3400 battles with my pet. The most recent one was a loss to the Greedy Kadoatie. It did ~250 in one strike, and I was doing, RotL, H4k and Drain Life. My pet had 207 health. I was shocked and quite angry. I content myself with having a 99.5%+ win percentage in 1player at least...
