The funnest avatar to get is the Packrat avatar, in my opinion. It takes forever, and everyday you get to say, "Well, I've only got __ number of items left to go before I get the avatar."

Question 1: You need 1000 different items in your SDB.

You know, I've often wondered why I like collecting avatars even though I never go to the boards. Seriously, the other night was the first time I'd ever posted there in the three years I've had my current main account...and yet I'm still like yay avatars!

you know what, i meant precisely the opposite. it was posted that the quad-whatever costs muchhhh less than the other petpet, but it gives an avatar. so what i meant to say is why is it less expensive if it gives you an avatar?

I think that the statement was something to the effect of:
The Quadrapus costs about 1/5 of the dubloons of the Wewoo and yet it sells for 1/2 the np that the Weewoo does.

The increase in price of the Quadrapus relitive to the Weewoo is due to the fact that the former is used in an avatar while the latter is not.
