As for santa i would like to go with the fact that santa can bend the rules and facts because....he's...santa!

or, its just that he has a qauntem singularitie, and builds a mass of toys in the far future, then simelteneously deposits them throughout time and space.
think some weirdo MK2 guide (hitch hikers guide to the galaxy, the bird thingy?... anyone? read the book.)

What I dont get is how Santa could spend 364 days letting himself go or just being lazy while constantly eating and come christmas night be slim enough to get down a chimney without getting stuck. Im sure those milk and cookies along with cheese would take its toll eventually.

Don't be silly!

Santa has a shrinking device, which makes him the size of a dung beetle. Which he also uses on his presents and sleigh. Not the reigndeer though - they stay big

Oh and, the presents are set to enlarge after 1 hour in real life, which is about a few days in Santa's warped time. Which gives him plenty of time, I assure you.

Just when you thought it couldn't get weirder...the Reindeer evil metre.

The reindeers have a special device that tells them whether a person has been good or not. If they haven't they simply fly over the house whilst Santa pelts it with coal. However, if a rich mean person has a good butler or nanny etc in the house, the reindeer get confused. Thinking that there is good person in the house they stop to let Santa do his thing, however, because Santa doesn't have a good/bad device with him (Adds extra weight to his sack of presents. It's not a light device, I mean, it stores every child's life history and analyzes whether they deserve presents or not in mere seconds) he assumes the adult is the mean one and the child is good. So he gives the child all the presents that a super good child with a mean nanny etc would deserve (Which is more than normal as they have to suffer an adult's tyranny). Because of this, rich mean children sometimes get lots of presents instead of coal

but thats because hes from the future and doesnt want to irrevicably altar the timeline until mankind is to the point where they wouldnt abuse time travel.
