Its just a coincidence and its not even spelled that way. If you're going to attack Ylana because its similar to another word spelled backwards, you should also go after the word "as" since its only one letter off from another word that some might find offensive.

Come on people, Lana is a not too common space name, and he just put a Y in from of it. There are plushes (on neopets), real cards, etc with Ylana Skyfire on them. If he was wanting to be rude, do you think he would have put those words on alot of stuff? I mean, common, was the creator of Superman trying to be rude when he named clark's girlfiend, Lana Lane, Lana spelled backwards is...well we all know.

Come on...

Ok. I can see that it was probably just a coincidence. I didn't even realise it was spelled wrong. Maybe i'm just tired.

I completely agree. It would be different if the last name spelled backwards added to the possibly risque backwards reading, but it doesn't and I honestly fail to see the humor in how it was found at all. I think that what someone said about dirty minds is completely true in this case, until someone else posted what it was, I didn't even see it when *trying* to read it backwards (and my mind is definantly not the purest, which adds to the far-fetched "humor").

Of course now that it's been "discovered" I'm sure there will be some out-cry about it on the message boards and someone else's mom will see it and try and sue neopets again, hehe. But, all's well that ends well.

Come on, if that's how Adam got her name then surely he wuldn't release the Dr. Sloth card! After all, there are hundred of Skyfire's cards out there in the world, and it would be rude! I believe it's a coincidence.

Skyfire's an Acara mercenary working for Dr. Sloth. It says on her card.

I think if a 6-year-old a)noticed that word (backwards, no less) and b) knew what it meant...then his mother should probably be concerned about influences other than a villain's name on neopets o_O
