Well, seeing as Royal PBs are sold in the Hidden Tower, it probably isn't.

...But a Darigan PB is sold in the Hidden Tower also, and it is DEFINATELY not a faerie item.

Well they decided to put Darigan Paintbrushes in the Hidden Tower, does that mean it's not associated with Darigan/Meridell? I would think since the royal style looks medieval, it can be associated with Meridell.

But I don't think they're going to make a new paint brush for Brightvale. What could they do with it to make it original?

I don't think they will make one for Brightvale either. They've said that Royal isn't really from Meridell, so I think it's probably more for the Kingdomy worlds (Meridell AND Brightvale).
