What is with all that confetti-like stuff? It's all over Meridell as well. Anyone know what that's about?

I don't think its a mini world, more like an add on world like how they did Terror mountain with several levels.

Another wheel is a bit unoriginal, and why is there two book shops, after all, scrolls are classified as books in neopia. Still, a new worold is always welcome in my book. Congrats to whoever found this

Well I think they are trying to really emphasize the fact that it's a land of knowledge... Scrolls, Wheel of Knowledge, King Hagan the Wise... etc.

Normally I don't mind anthropomorphism on neopets, and I actually get a bit annoyed when people complain about it, but in this case I have to agree that it is a bit creepy. Just make the ears smaller and take off the horns and you got yourself a blue skinned human O_o

I have no probelm with anhtropomorphism on Neopets (Court Dancer and Ylana Skyfire are awesome... Same with the Royal Pets) but as you said, it's too much like a blue skinned human. It's the face.

I,actually,cannot stand "anthro" things.(No offence) I think the Acara is beautiful (hair,clothing) but she does look too much like a person. Since when do Acaras have lips and eyeliner? :/

But,good idea Matt. Maybe NeoSchools will be held in Brightvale?

And why two Hilary Duff games? I dont mind too bad,but why two? I couldn't even TELL it was her at first!
