It's just like how they only have four cherry jelly items, but not one of them is regular Cherry Jelly. 
I seem to remember some furry brown pet that I thought was the tyrannian korbat, but I looked and there isn't any korbat that looks like it. Does anyone else remember a furry brown flying pet?

Somewhere along the lines there was a Mutant Korbat that was for the most part a brown furry, tattered mess.

But as for the tyrannian Korbat challenger, they didn't have a tyrannian paintbrush back then so I guess they didn't really give it thought when they made the tyrannian paint brush, and its not like the challengers look anything like a korbat anyway.

ah yes id forgotten that, still was sloth who created the monoceraptor, i remember it saying elsewhere.
Nope, Sloth and the Moneceraptor are completely un-related...they have nothing to do with eachother. Every villain is pretty stand alone I believe.

No, the Moneceraptor was created by Sloth. In case you missed what someone else posted (because it was in an Edited post) This was in the news:

He was also behind NP V2, as well as the Lost Desert Plot. The only major plots he wasn't behind were the Volcano plot, both BFMs, and the Crown plot.

They didn't say who the voice was, you can't say it was Sloth because its not really proven, it mite of been something else that they've forgotten about, a lost plot in some aspects.

This was back in the day when Sloth was the only Villian in Neopia. It was obviously meant to be him. Why are you fighting it?

Yeah, it is pretty easy to figure out that it is Sloth speaking; Sloth created the Monoceraptor, and the voice says that his puny creature has failed. Also, who else but Sloth would (at that time) say that Neopia has not seen the last of him?
