You'd get it by looking at the neocam.

I'd like them to make one that you could get by viewing your Faerie Acara's userlookup. I would have liked this better than a Vira avatar.

And I'd like to have them make this one as well. You could get it by viewing a Brown Uni lookup.

Someone here made that for me.

EDIT: Thankfully I had the (almost) original design. Fixed the Faerie avatar,but its a little bit different. Thank you to those who noticed.

How about a picture of Nigel the Chia holding his cell phone to his ear, with the word 'investor' on it?

You could get it only by investing in a stock and then having it go up 100%. Statistics show half of Neopians don't know what the stock market is. This will certainly raise awareness.
