Fortune, Hatchling, Time Travel... Going for time travel again because I can easily buy the fortune wearable for cheap, and the BG would be nice... I guess. Nicer than my other choices, anyway...

But no. Another ugly useless plushie. Of course. Can this event please be over? I've never felt so over an event so soon before. The regular prizes are just so meh. And then they keep showing me all the nice prizes others are getting. (I know I could turn that off... Or buy them. But they still cost way too much.)

Trying for the book again... And got it! Woohoo!

I think that's just about everything I wanted). Just the one book and one stamp, and I got the towel hat for my gallery at the secondhand shop yesterday trying to get my quest item. I'll have to look at the other prizes tomorrow and see what other prizes might be a little useful.

When we first found out that it was going to only be 9 days, I was bummed. Now I'm kinda glad we're done. This year fell flat for me. Prizes weren't my cup of tea, and the fact that not a single one was actually negg-related was a real bummer. (I don't count Time Travel, because that's a cop-out negg, IMHO.) Plus, I'm not really sure how the "clues" we got as to who had done all the hiding actually led to who had hidden the neggs. It was more like a trail of bits of Negg Festival history.

Tomorrow we'll get the final prizes, and then mayyyyyybe the plot can resume on Monday? Maybe? Hah!

Whelp. Final prizes are in.

I have already bought a second Negg Coin and Zaira Charm for my gallery (the ones I got went straight into my album). I had to upgrade my gallery, because All but two of those items went into my gallery (Time Travel Negg was a duplicate from a previous year, and The Midnight Food Stalls Background is not Negg-related). I was actually surprised the Negg Faerie Doll was included, but...they've been including lots of Faerie Dolls in prize pools, etc, lately, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised. One more off my missing list for my gallery (of items that already existed).

At least almost all of the final prizes were actually negg-related. That made me feel a little better after the lack of negg-related items during the event.

Another premium only album item. I feel like if they were going to go that route, they should have made a premium page. Oh, well. I'm not filling album pages anyway.

Glad they had more negg themed items for you, Pickles! Happy Easter! They timed it well this year.
