I added parks, but everything's still up. People keep adding people instead of fixing the problems. Apparently our city is like Atlanta, king of urban sprawl -- I never see anyone add transportation, yet it's always at 100%.

PPTown has gotten worse. :(

Unemployment is at 3%, Crime rate is at 3% and Pollution is at 2%. :(
