A friend of mine keeps getting the

I know your friend is not going to like this answer, but I have to turn my norton off to play neo. I've tried everything including putting it on the allowed sites list and nothing I've found works. If she's only playing neo at the time and she's sure she has a clean system, she should be fine with it off. :(

There is a setting in the options-advanced options for the symantec client firewall that I had to enable, not sure if it is the same for Norton (should be). Basically, you need to enable referer cookies (its disabled by default).

RUNE!!! you are a genius... I just bought Norton and was having major probs with neopets - went to the link you posted and it worked!!!

I may not have posted the original question but i'm very thankful for your answer :D
