Krawk 48 & 49 in popularity

I was looking to see how popular the new Ruki pets were and I noticed something a little odd. The krawk is listed 48 in popularity and in 49 for the Wooden Spoon award. The 49 listing has 61 created. Did they introduce a new version of the krawk that no one knows about?? :lol:

There was a post about this a few weeks ago, probably a glitch, but wouldn't it have been fixed by now?

Ya it's been that way for quite awhile now, I'm wondering if it has to do with how the Krawk is made, at some point the code changed, and if you used the potion vs. the petpet, or something like that, it put it in a different category.

ooooorr... programming the trans. krawk potion they made a spelling mistake? for example, they put in krawk with a small letter (krawk), while the other one is with a capital letter (Krawk) while on the top neopets page it changes automatically every pet name to capital! (Krawk)

EDIT: i even found proof for it! if you click on the krawk on number 49, it shows in the title 'krawk', while the krawk on number 48, it shows in the title 'Krawk'

did i found the solution now?

Either a glitch or what Jens said. Would make more sence if Jens theory was right though.

If you were to use a potion to get a Krawk, it wouldn't list it as one: it only counts the pets that were created as that species.

But that is really weird. I suppose it's just a glitch though.
