3 new inhabitants have come to PPTown since the police were reinforced and we are back to the problem with Jobs and Crime again.

Transport 100 %
Crime rate 1 %
Pollution 0 %

I added factories but unemployment is still 1% and now the crime rate is also 1%.

I fixed the security issue, and now it's just unemployment.
