hah! i did the same thing, I skipped an acting workshop just to go see The Dark Knight again :P

When the instructor called me to see why I wasn't there, I just told him I'm watching The Dark Knight and he simply said "I hate you, you should have brought me along too"

I won't tell my sensei that I went to the movie instead. He might kick me if I am lucky. I feel like I am fulfilling a promise I made to a poll that said that 60% of Dark Knight goers would see the movie again.

Europa Europa - Fascinating true story, but the acting and cinematography were a bit stiff, and sometimes it felt rushed. It was all right. :/

Wanted
Pretty farfetched and quite a useless movie, but I have to admit that some of the action sequences made me laugh. It's basically a movie for morons :P

Thank You For Smoking
Great movie, Aaron Eckhart just made me laugh at the most random moments. Definitely go and watch it if you want satirical witty word humour.

No Reservations
Very forgettable, nothing really that special, made me incredibly hungry though. Plus Abigail Breslin annoyed the hell out of me, and to be honest Catherine Zeta Jones has lost her momentum.

Things We Lost in The Fire
Excellent movie, Benicio Del Toro honestly just captured my attention and held for the rest of the movie. It's a thoughtful movie, and I would say very simple, but it makes me think. Halle Berry annoys me when she cries though....

Four Feathers
Why why why did they get two americans to play two britons?
Kate Hudson just smurf me off and Wes Bentley wasn't that bad, but that fact just honestly bugged me throughout the whole movie.
Great story though, Heath Ledger steals the screen. *le sigh*

East Of Eden
Never fails to capture my heart. James Dean somehow makes me melt AND pay attention to the movie. Elia Kazan keeps me interested with all the different directional shots he makes in this movie, and I could watch it hundreds of times and still be fascinated with a single scene simply because of the way it was directed.

wow, I watch too many movies >.<

That's a lot of movies right there Ella. I just saw the Batman movie - really good for a superhero movie.

The Journey to the Center of the Earth - One of the WORST films I've seen in ages. I didn't expect it to be good, but ye gods! Brendan Fraiser, as always, is there to shout "comical", over-used catch phrases like, 'UH OH! THAT'S NOT GOOD!', 'HOLD ON, IT'S GONNA BE A BUMPY RIDE!', and everyone's old favorite, 'Well, at least things can't get any worse- AHHHHHH!!!!!' This isn't even delving in to the idiotic "science" they tried to pass off as legitimate.

Oh God, it was heinous.

Ahaha remember that Brendon Fraser movie with Liz Hurley? Something about the devil and wishes. I watched that and I thought... wow... he's pulling the lines like almost in a cartoon.

I had a DVD movie burning a hole in my pocket since Tuesday: Stargate: Continuum

It was your typical SG-1 adventure. A perfect addition to your Stargate collection.

Goes to set it next to Arc of Truth and the Stargate SG-1 complete 10 season box set.

Good grief Ella. You watch too many movies. :P

Just got back from seeing Angus, Thongs, and Perfect Snogging with a mate 'cause I had nothing better to do. It was pretty good, had some funny moments, and Georgia Groome was an ok actress :)

Though watching all the trailers at the beginning of this movie made me add tons more to my 'Stuff I wanna see' list xP

Get Over It was on tv. I watched about half of it. I thought I hadn't seen it before, then realised I had.

When not even the presence of Sisqo can save a film, you know it's bad.

Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian - I thought it was SO BORING! The first Narnia had so much more lively stuff on it. <.<
