Round 38SSBB = Super Smash Brothers Brawl
To all of those interested in joining, there are no sign ups. You can just start playing right off the bat. If you need additional help, I am here most of the time and more than willing to try to help as much as possible.
Also, if you don’t play and just watch, feel free to comment on the action or the plot or anything else. Doing so is as highly encouraged as actually playing.

Smashing JPStory as of now:The Rouges, with Rouge in tow, are fleeing from a horde lead by Twinrova. The witch sends a blitz of fire past the group, scorching feathers.Jet: We’d go a lot faster if you’d lose your extra baggage!
Storm: I’m trying!
Rouge: I’m never going to give you up!
Storm: You’re never going to let me go?
A gale of ice shoots past the group, chilling feathers. The Rouges round a corner and something odd is heard.Iggy: Who likes short shorts!
Larry, Roy, Morton: We like short shorts!
Wendy: Keep that up and me, and Koopa Jr will be the last of dad’s kids.
The Koopalings round to the same hall as the Rouges and Twinrova. The Rouges are trapped in the middle of the hallway. A chill breeze wafts across the hallway.Ludwig: Sorry. I had Taco Bell for lunch.
Rouge: I did not need to hear that.
Twinrova: Out of our way! They are wanted criminals.
Wendy: Who died and made you Lt Munro?
Twinrova: They broke into our embassy and attempted to steal valuable artifacts. We are only bringing them to justice.
Iggy: Yeah, well, this really isn’t a good time, what with work and school and the Magikoopas.
Twinrova: Magikoopas?
There is a cackle and Kamek appears with a detachment of Magikoopas.Ludwig: I would run now if I were you.
Jet looks at both options and takes off towards the Koopalings. Kamek and Twinrova start exchanging attacks while the Rouges fly to safety.Jet: Thanks for the help.
Wave: It is not that impressive.
Wendy: Just keep down this path and you’ll get to our embassy. We’ll discuss your repayment there.
Phoenix and Apollo enter the GM’s office.GM: Ah! Just the man I want to see! I see you have your paralegal with you.
Phoenix:
Sighs. Yeah. I needed help after all of the work that you send my way.
GM: That is great! Then you will have time to handle this new case that cropped up. It is a criminal case this time.
Phoenix: Criminal? That is a good change of pace from all of those harassment suits Reno accumulates.
GM: Well, this is sort of different.
Hands Phoenix a file.Phoenix:
Starts reading. Indecent exposure, lewd behavior, racial stereotyping, mass hysteria,
incredulously, poaching!?, kidnaping, child endangerment, pedophilia. Poaching!?
GM: We have a whole other filing cabinet for all of the animal cruelty charges.
Phoenix: Who could have committed all of those acts?
GM: Aside from half of Square Enix?
Phoenix:
Sighs. Right. Apollo! This is right up your alley. I’m quitting to become a mediocre piano player.
GM: Oh! One last case. Rikku is seeking and annulment.
Phoenix: I think I can handle that.
GM: Great!
Pulls Phoenix in. Whispering. And while you’re at it...
Looks around nervously. Can you look into getting me...
Glances over his shoulder. Very quietly. Wedding license.
Rei snaps up at her desk. She is beet red as is the GM. He nervously smiles at her.Phoenix:

Rules and how to play0500/1700 Rule: Regardless of when the last update occurred, you may make actions
after 5AM/PM your time zone. There is no need to wait for an update to make an action, but it is recommended. Any actions that break this rule will not count as a legal action and will be promptly (eventually) pointed out. If you miss one of the posting periods, you will not get an extra move. I will allow posts +5 minutes in so you don’t have to rush your action.
