I have a soon to be Halloween Cybunny and I'm looking for ideas of a petpet for him.

It doesn't have to be a color match, could be a theme or personality match.
His personality is cold, manipulative, but sophisticated and cultured, like those old classic style vampires. He considers him self an evil scary vampire, but no one takes him seriously because he's a cute fluffy bunny. This annoys him to no end.

Here are some petpets that are vampires:
Image Image Image
(Halloween Buzz, Halloween Snowbunny, Halloween Slorg)

And what kind of vampire would be without a bat?
Image Image Image Image
(Barbat, Bartamus, Darigan Carmariller, Black Barbat)

Perhaps a ghostly petpet that silently follows him around? Any of the ghost ones would work, but these are my favorites.
Image Image Image
(Ghost Bartamus, Ghostkerchief, Ghost Meepit)

And here are some generally spooky type ones that I thought he might like:

(Halloween Doglefox, Halloween Rock, Crokabek, Darigan Drugal)

For the Halloween cybunny I would also suggest a candychan.

It too looks like it just wants to be taken seriously as a vampire.

*gigglesnort* Yes that one's perfect!

So now I've narrowed it down to the Candy Vampire, Halloween Slorg, Darigan Carmariller,or I've thought of the Halloween Huggy
Image
Because he kind of looks like the opposite of my Cybunny, he looks nasty but he just wants a hug!

And my soul from out that shadow that lies floating on the floor
Shall be lifted - nevermore!

I have to say I love the black barbat with the cybunny; cutest match ever.

I managed to lose track of the board for a while when the NC mall board index thing was created  But eilu, the green pinklet made me laugh, love it as a surly Irishman :D . Right now, Maebhe has a pirate gruslen named Murphy. I'm quite attached to him, but am finding it hard to resist this combo:
Image
The little guy looks like a shy bat who's scared to approach her. Opinions on who I should keep?
On a different note, I need one last match..
Image
This is Duardo, my brand new gelert. He's staying yellow with the scarf; and he's kind of a stray-who-just-found-a-home guy. The petpet I really wanted for him was a Christmas rock, but that's pretty expensive. I've been looking at plushie petpets, he will be getting something that looks like he's been dragging it around on the streets with him. I'm considering plushie kimbi. My second choice was a goulblee, but thats even more pricey that the rock. Any ideas?

Oh, and that baby ogrin I wanted has become a baby gnorbu with a ukali, or will become when I can afford it. It's just something I can't resist <3

Thanks guys!

First of, I just have to say this reminds me of Lady and the Tramp... <3
Now, on with the matches:
"a stray-who-just-found-a-home guy"
another stray dog buddy who kept him company, as strays usually travel in packs:
ImageImageImage

a friend he made in the back alleys and dumpsters:
ImageImageImage

what's a stray without 'fleas'?

"something that looks like he's been dragging it around on the streets with him"
it looks like it was made from an old sock:

a favorite "stick" for games of fetch:

a doggy biscuit of sorts:

Addendum: I am loving your themes!

First of all, thanks, for ideas and for compliment on themes. :)

Ooh, I love the stick idea, but I really have something against that particular petpet; I've just never liked it. And I think I realized why I've had so much trouble picking a petpet for him, I (apparantly) really want something that doesn't look alive, like an old toy or something. I like the way raindorfs look with him, and whoots, and many other things, but they just haven't been what I was looking for. The rock is so perfect cause its not even a toy, but he decided it could be. The sock is great, but the slorg makes it waaaay to happy. I saw that and remembered another petpet sock too, the plushie pfish, but didn't really like it. I'm now kind of thinking of plushie goople or kimbi, but still neither jumps at me. Opinions on that/more ideas?

Gah, I'm so picky, sorry. And great matches, eilu, I'm apparantly just way to set on this idea that isn't even finished in my head

I went through the petpet puddle looking for petpets that look more like toys than an actual petpet. I really only could find a few, so I can see why you're having trouble picking.

The two actually buyable ones were:
Image
Plushie Abominable Snowball

and

Image
Plushie Peo

The snowball just struck me a more of a plushie than a petpet. And if the peo was a bit limper, it could pass as a chew toy.

I also found two others that happen to be rather expensive:
Image
Plushie Rock

and

Image
Plushie Zebie

The rock strikes me as being like a hacky sack or a cloth ball of some sort. And the zebie reminds me of something that's been a bit worn like a favorite toy, or maybe it's just been chewed on. ;) But a Zebie is even more expensive than a rock. Which reminds me, since when are rocks 400k? They used to be one of the cheapest petpets you could buy...

And then, even though this doesn't quite fit your theme, I thought it was rather cute anyways:

Image
Christmas Anubis

And then there's always the get an invisible petpet and call it his imaginary friend...lol

Yeah, the rocks are pretty crazy. I remember them being a couple thousand, and no one wanted them. But so many of the colours work for my gelert, I love Christmas and plushie, pirate would work, just plains cool too.. it's so unfair :P
For your matches, I've never liked the colours in the snowball, but the peo's quite good. I could end up using it, the one dilemma is the slightly girly colours. I like it more than most things I've found though :)
And I absolutely love the imaginary friend idea, I just might do it. And then it could get a petpetpet and be nonexistant, but have fleas... exciting concept.
The anubis is quite cute, with its little oversized scarf.. awwwe.

EDIT: I've decided to go with the grey ghostkerchief, which is unpainted for now. I will most likely change it eventually, but for now, Sock the Ghostkercheif will work :) Thanks for everyones ideas!

Below, I did use the old Pink Kacheek art, as using the new image would result in your petpets standing next to your Pet at the same height.

ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

From left to right: Meepit, Pink Alkenore, Pink Faellie, Pink Snowbunny, Pink Feepit, Pink Baby Fireball, Pink Doglefox, Pink Kimbi.

Prices:
Pink Petpet Paint Brush: 200k
Meepit: Anywhere between 2.5 and 6 million :o
Alkenore: 3K
Faellie: 63K
Snowbunny:250K
Feepit: 13K
Baby Fireball:11K
Doglefox:80K
Kimbi:8K

Be sure to tell us which one you chose.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I'm leaning towards a Halloween Huggy Image but I'm interested to know if anyone else has any ideas.

Thank you :D

Mmm... though choice. I guess you could just keep zapping for an Ice petpet, but who knows how long that would take?

If I were to go for a 'regular' petpet, it'd be either...

Image

Sketch Babyca, or anything Sketch really - just found this one most appropriate.

Image

A plain Spardel... seems to work well with the Argyle shirt.

Image
A white Tenna - there's a hint of blue in it, making it appear ice-coloured as well

Or for complete contrast...

Image

A plain Wuzzle. I like this one a lot, and it's very cheap.
