The Daily Dare has returned to Neopets!

Play various games against AAA and Abigail throughout the month of March to earn daily prizes, and the chance for a grand prize at the end of the month.

Daily Dare Rules wrote:

* Before choosing your Daily Dare challenge, you might want to practice the game a few times. Once you select a Challenge, your choice cannot be changed.
* Once you feel confident in your skills, choose the score of either AAA or Abigail as the one that you would like to try to beat. To make your selection, click the link under the picture of either AAA or Abigail.
* Once your score has topped that of your selected challenger, send your score and come back to the Daily Dare page to collect your prize!
* Even if you decide to take on AAA's score and come up short, you will automatically be credited for a win over Abigail if the score you send is higher than hers. However, when doing this, you will not receive either AAA or Abigail's daily prize for this game.
* Not only could your participation play a role in freeing AAA and Abigail, but there are additional prizes for true gamers!
o The Ultimate Prize - Beat AAA's score on the launch day of all the games.
o Uberiffic - Beat all of Abigail's scores or a combination of AAA's and Abigail's scores on the launch day of every game.
o Megasuperb - Beat AAA's scores for all of the games by the end of the Daily Dare.
o Spifftastic - Beat all of Abigail's scores or a combination of AAA's and Abigail's scores for all of the games by the end of the Daily Dare.

Never liked Turmac Roll, so haven't played it much. And therefore I'm quite terrible at it. Even so, managed to get over 900 after a few hours of trying, and that was only because of an aquaberry and two juicy berries :roll:

This is definitely one of those "luck" games (at least for me).

But yay, AAA 21/21.

And the prize gave me the lulz.

Was the Orange Usul Suspect Plushie a past Daily Dare prize? Because I just got one from an SHH e-mail (Premium) and found out they're now worth 90k. If it is a past prize, I'm going to start saving rather that stocking my prizes...

Holy crap. After finding Rubywing's tip of listening to the game helpful for Kass-Basher, I decided to try it for Itchy Invasion because I was frequently running out of ammo due to "double-shots." The sound (no music) helped me count my shots better, and I beat it in my first play in probably over a week -- despite the fact that I let my itch-o-meter get 1/4 full in round 1 (it was clean in round 2, though).

So thanks, Rubywing! I hope the tip also tips me over the edge in Kass-Basher soon, but you got me at least one step closer to MegaSuperb. Just one game left (well, plus the 10 that haven't been released yet)! Woo-hoo!

P.S. PFNG, I don't think that was a DD prize because I don't have it in my SDB, and that's where it'd be -- unless it was an Abigail prize (or a "grand" prize).

Yeah for an two easy ones for me in a row! Turmy roll is one of my favorites, too. AAA 21/21!! I love the prize for today! {huggles it....well...not too tightly to avoid splinters}

Pink, it's definitely not a DD prize, as I collected all of them from last year (except the Ultimate prize) and am for this year as well. The books are worth keeping, though, as they increase in value very nicely.

It wasnt me who said about when to hit with the sounds >.> not sure who it was i may have agreed with it though. I just don't want to take credit when i don't believe it was me. but congrats and good luck with getting the wack a kass score soon too!

You're not alone...though you can learn of the patterns Turmac Roll has in here. It helps a bit.

Unless you really learn them by heart though (and have a lot of practice), this will be a game of luck.

You're right, Rubywinged -- it was Moongewl. So, thanks, Moongewl, for the tip on listening to the sounds. (Rubywinged posted right beneath that I should definitely use the spacebar, and it was 8 pages ago, so sorry for mixing you guys up).

For Turmac Roll hints, you can try the few I posted in the last post here. If you need help in a specific part, post again and I'll try to explain my strategy for that part... although it's probably easier to find a good game on YouTube and actually watch how to jump in that section.

I hate Turmac Roll, but finally managed to get an aquaberry and enough other berries to beat AAA.

I am also still in the running for the best prize, and I think most of my hated games have passed.

*bawls* 852!! I've been playing all day. Sigh. I guess this is my new Kiko Match. Oh well, it was nice to be caught up for one night.

Edit: And it was because of that stupid 3-stump combo. I have yet to get past that once. Once all 3 stumps are on screen to tell you what obstacle it is, it's too late to do the "ideal" jump! So not fair!

Edit again: I'm so proud of my mom =D She's brand new to Neo, never played a computer game in her life (I think the last game she ever played was probably Dr. Mario with me ~15 years ago). Anyway, I helped her (as in explained buttons and basic strategy) get through day 15 against Abigail while I was home for spring break, and she just finished days 16-21 without any help! :hug:
