Skeletal Wings?

I've seen a few pets wearing these creepy looking skeletal wings with decaying-looking pale membranes. I think they are awesome and I really want them. But I can't find any info on them on any customization guide and I looked all through the mall. Does anybody know what these wings are and what they're from?

I am pretty sure they are a prize from a mystery capsule, not sure which one

Oh no! Really? So it's random to get them?
That's a real bummer. I want them, and I'd buy them if you could just buy them from the mall, but I'm not gonna waste real money on just a chance to get them.

Thanks for the info. I probably won't buy any, but it is kind of tempting... the winged capsules are only a dollar...

Those wings are the special item that is available through the NC Mall's Winged Mystery Capsule. Capsules contain a random item (or items) from a selected set of NC Mall merchandise (kind of like a grab bag). While you will generally receive an item that is available directly from the mall, there are exclusive items that can be found in these capsules. For the Winged Mystery Capsule, the skeletal wings set is this item.
