I love Facebook. Less spammy and I only add people I know.

Facebook is way less spammy. The only reason I even have a MySpace is because I have a couple friends that only use it. If they all switched over, I would totally get rid of it. I heart Facebook.

*joins pointless spam like groups just for the fun of it*
But Facebook PWNS MySpace, anyway.

Except for the people who constantly send out application invites that I COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT.
I screamed at my roommate for doing this

Some apps require you to send invites before you can do anything. It drives me crazy. I don't
want to annoy people by sending them invites all the time, but sometimes I have to. >_< Usually it says it has to be 20 people, or everyone if you don't have 20, and I only have 19, so...

Usually those applications aren't worth it anyway, though.
I have minimal applications on my profile - I hate scrolling all the way down just to leave a comment!

I'm getting to that point, too. The whole having to invite people is just a pain. I tried the knighthood app out a couple weeks ago by invitation from a friend, but it's no fun if you don't have any friends actually playing (the friend who invited me quit shortly thereafter), or like Tyma, when you don't have enough people friended to really play (I'm barely over that 20 person limit thing).
I think the only ones I've got left are SuperPoke! (cause it's fun to SuperpPoke!), possibly the Jedi Vs. Sith (I'm thinking of ditching it, except it's cool and is StarWars-related), and the Hatching Eggs app.

Poking = pwn. I'm in a poke war coming from four different people. There's NO WAY I'm gonna win this, lol. *pokes people anyway*

I use facebook and MySpace, though I'm finding Facebook to be a little better. Just might go exclusively for Fcebook in the future. *ponders*

I stopped using Myspace after getting into Facebook - all those stupid little applications keep me more entertained than Myspace ever did

Facebook application invites... grrrr... *shakes fist*

RAWRGROWL. I hate them invites! I pretty much find all the apps useless, except for Scrabulous and SuperPoke. XD I deteste the ones where you need to invite X amount of people before seeing quiz results or something. *dies*

I know MySpace is big in the States, Canada not so much which is why I don't really use MySpace. I did have it though =P However, I am HOOKED on Facebook, you could say it was like the new PPT for me lol.

Since I can't be bothered to figure this out for myself, could anyone tell me the difference between Live Journal and MySpace or Facebook? I personally use Live Journal, which I find quite to my liking. MySpace seems like too many people could easily find me, and it seems like some people find features of Facebook to be annoying.

LiveJournal is a journal site. Entries and comments are the main form of communication.
Facebook and MySpace are social networking sites. MySpace is pretty much overrun with bots and spammers, but it has a few nice features. Facebook is still a much better site, although you can be inundated with info sometimes. Of the two I prefer Facebook, but that's just me.
