We at PPT made a topic and found all of the retired items. :3 I earned a pretty penny from them.

Retired means that the items is no longer available from any outlet available on the site, only from thinsg which Players possess. it's msot likely that they just forgot to disable that particular random event. I recall something similar happening with the Scritchy Sketchy Paint Brush after it was retired.
