SSBB = Super Smash Brothers Brawl To all of those interested in joining, there are no sign ups. You can just start playing right off the bat. If you need additional help, I am here most of the time and more than willing to try to help as much as possible. Also, if you don’t play and just watch, feel free to comment on the action or the plot or anything else. Doing so is as highly encouraged as actually playing.
Story as of now: Rikku and Paine are about to go Alberto Gonzales on Tingle. Rikku: Well, Tingle, if that is your real name, where is my one Gil for my tooth? Tingle: I don’t know what you are talking about! Rikku: That’s it! Prepare the dunk tank! Paine: Isn’t this considered torture? Rikku: Not while President Bush is in power. Rikku laughs evilly and advances on Tingle. Tingle: Kooloo-Limpah! Tingle makes a Pokeball appear before Rikku. Rikku: Cool! You really are a fairy! Tingle: Groans. Don’t say that so loud... Rikku: That is odd. There is a Pokeball in this Pokeball Paine: You idiot! That is Marumine! Rikku screams and throws Marumine as hard as she can. The Pokémon Explodes, dealing -5 damage to Auron and Young Link. Rikku: Sorry Aurikins! Auron just grumbles and walks away. ------------------- The group is continuing their march. Snake is carrying Cream on his back. Pit is going barefoot after losing his sandals. Cream: Arigato gozaimasu, Snake-sempai. I’m feeling better now. Snake: No problem, little lady. Pit: I hope we get back soon. My feet are cold. Meta Knight: We are close. I can sense it. Pit: Really? How? A large wolf tackles Pit and tries eating him. Suzu: Down. Amaterasu lets go of Pit and sits. Snake: So good to see you! Can you help us get back to base? Suzu: Hai. Suzu starts walking away. Amaterasu barks, picks up Pit by the arm, and drags him away. Snake: Onward to home. Can’t wait to get back and get some cake. A portal opens up as the group leaves. A woman pokes her head out. Chell: Cake is a lie!

Final Smashes (FS): FS actions are powerful, character-specific moves with special effects. They can only be activated two ways and usually involve the character being removed from the game (see below) for a short time. The FS use counter does not reset until all characters have used their FS. To activate: either use a Smash Emblem or buy it with some points. Characters that still have an available FS are marked with the Yen symbol (¥)
Removed from the Game (RFG): Unlike in Magic: The Gathering, this is not a permanent effect. Characters removed from the game cannot attack or heal but cannot be targeted. They return to play after a set amount of rounds. At least three characters will remain in play at all times.
Titles: Titles basically serve no purpose except for bragging rights. You do get a minor point boost or some other bonus effect for earning them though. Some titles will be earned via the war, but most are available during regular gameplay. Some titles are even multiple use so they can be had by many players. A list of all earned titles will be kept throughout the game. At no time will it be revealed how you earned a title so it will be a better challenge to get them. Some will carry over to the next game(s), but most are once per game.
Special Character - Gogo: Due to Gogo’s unique nature, I will post his information every round. If there are any questions, PM me, and I will willingly help. Gogo cannot attack or heal. He is active every round. He has only one special which he uses every round. Special: Mime: *Gogo copies the last action done (the post above this use). *Gogo’s user may choose new targets. *If a special was used, Gogo receives -3 damage in addition to the special’s effects. *Cannot mime FS-es or actions in the GM’s posts. *Cannot be the first action of the round. *If Gogo is not used, he automatically heals for +1 HP each round, but he starts with 30 HP at the beginning of the game. *He counts as male for gender related contests.

Story as of now: The characters start dividing up into their smaller Brackets. Rikku: But I don’t want to be in the other bracket. Munro: It is just for today... and tomorrow and Thursday. Rikku: But Paine will be lost without me. Paine: Or is it the other way around? Rikku: Paaaaaine! Paine: Calm down. You’ll still be with Auron. Rikku: Yay! Aurikins! Rikku runs over and glomps Auron. Kite is off to the side with Nanoha. Kite: Okay. They are in your bracket. Stay away from her. She is insane. Auron is cool in not a little scar... Nanoha interrupts by jumping up a little and giving Kite a kiss. Nanoha: Good luck. Stay safe. Nanoha runs off. Kite and Yuno are left stunned. Kite: Don’t tell me that I enticed her. I am trying not to do anything of the sort. Yuno: I know. Which is why I’ll let you to your fate. Kite: What does that mean? Yuno runs off. Behind Kite, BlackRose and Terajima Ryokou rise up to get their revenge. ------------------- While Snake and friends are heading back to the clan hall, Sam is in a completely different boat. The Emperor Ing and his fellow Ing have Sam and Doc at their mercy. They are digging a tunnel under the stadium. Sam: This is the worst day spa I have ever been to. Doc: This is fun. Fresh air, good exercise, clean living. Well, minus the fresh, clean, and good. O’Malley: It is like something out of one of my dreams, only backwards. An Ing hits Doc over the head and yells in their language. O’Malley: Yes, sir. Back to work. Sam: We need some sort of deus ex machina and fast! Suddenly, a portal opens at the tunnel entrance behind the Ing. They all turn right when a crowbar comes flying out to hit the Emperor Ing in the head, knocking him out cold. The Ing start firing into the portal. A gravity gun pokes through and pulls Sam and Doc towards it. The Ing turn their weapons on their captives, but before they can attack another portal opens and a pair of sentry guns drop out. Turrets: Dispensing product. The sentries start shooting up the Ing. Sam and Doc are quickly pulled through the first portal. They land outside the stadium, near Dr Freeman. Gordon: Welcome, gents. This will all be over in a moment. Sam: What is happening? Gordon: Just saving your bacon. O’Malley: Mmm... bacon. A few Ing try escaping through the portal, but the killed by the sunlight. Gordon readies his Tau Cannon and enters the portal. He returns moments later with his crowbar in hand. He fires one last shot into the portal the closes the entrance. Gordon: That ought to do it. Sam: Wow. Thanks for the save. Gordon: No problem. Piece of cake. A new portal opens nearby. Chell: Cake is a lie!

SSBB = Super Smash Brothers Brawl To all of those interested in joining, there are no sign ups. You can just start playing right off the bat. If you need additional help, I am here most of the time and more than willing to try to help as much as possible. Also, if you don’t play and just watch, feel free to comment on the action or the plot or anything else. Doing so is as highly encouraged as actually playing.
Story as of now: Blaze is taking a quick catnap before her Bracket is active. Kite sprints past after his most recent girlfriend woe. Kite: This is not my fault! BR: Get back here, Ranma! [You know that analogy is true.] TR: Running only delays the inevitable! Yuno walks up, laughing. Yuno: That never gets old. Blaze yawns, stretches, and wakes. Blaze: Mmm. Breakfast delivery. Yuno turns and freezes. Blaze lifts Yuno to devour him. Raising Heart: Shooting mode, active. Nanoha: Don’t even think about it. Blaze: Fine! He is barely a morsel. Blaze throws Yuno aside and goes into combat. Kite runs past in another lap around the arena. Kite: I didn’t even enjoy it! Nanoha's eye twitches, and she grips her weapon tight. Raising Heart: Do I really have to say it? Nanoha just grips her weapon tighter. Raising Heart: Sighs. Shooting mode, active. ------------------- Sam, Gordon and Chell have separated from Doc and are on their way back to the clan hall. Sam: Gordie, thanks for the help. Gordon: No problem, and stop calling me that, Sammy. Sam: Deal. What is up with your pop gun? Gordon: The Tau Cannon is a toy I picked up from Black Mesa. The Portal Gun... Chell donated it to the cause. Sam: How does it work? Gordon: Quite well actually. Gordon laughs. Sam groans. Sam: Well, can we use them to get back to the clan hall? Gordon: Can’t. They are basically line of sight, and I had that one set up in that cavern for a while now. Sam: That is cool. A portal suddenly opens in front of the group. Snake steps out. Snake: Hey guys! Check out the cool thing I just found. Snake takes the portal gun from Gordon and shoots a pair of portals across from each other on the walls. Snake starts chasing himself through the portals. Snake: I finally get conservation of momentum! Sam: Huh? Gordon: Speedy thing goes in; speedy thing comes out. Sam: Ah. Gordon takes the Portal gun back and fires it down the hall. With the entrance closed, Snake slams into the wall when he exits. Gordon: We’re leaving. The group exits via Snake’s first portal. Seconds later, Pit exits the portal which promptly closes. Pit: To the camera. Like none of you saw this coming!

Special users can defeat one 1 or 2 HP regular NPC of their choice in addition to their special use (meaning without targeting the NPC with the special).
Final Smashes (FS): FS actions are powerful, character-specific moves with special effects. They can only be activated two ways and usually involve the character being removed from the game (see below) for a short time. The FS use counter does not reset until all characters have used their FS. To activate: either use a Smash Emblem or buy it with some points. Characters that still have an available FS are marked with the Yen symbol (¥)
Removed from the Game (RFG): Unlike in Magic: The Gathering, this is not a permanent effect. Characters removed from the game cannot attack or heal but cannot be targeted. They return to play after a set amount of rounds. At least three characters will remain in play at all times.
Titles: Titles basically serve no purpose except for bragging rights. You do get a minor point boost or some other bonus effect for earning them though. Some titles will be earned via the war, but most are available during regular gameplay. Some titles are even multiple use so they can be had by many players. A list of all earned titles will be kept throughout the game. At no time will it be revealed how you earned a title so it will be a better challenge to get them. Some will carry over to the next game(s), but most are once per game.
Special Character - Gogo: Due to Gogo’s unique nature, I will post his information every round. If there are any questions, PM me, and I will willingly help. Gogo cannot attack or heal. He is active every round. He has only one special which he uses every round. Special: Mime: *Gogo copies the last action done (the post above this use). *Gogo’s user may choose new targets. *If a special was used, Gogo receives -3 damage in addition to the special’s effects. *Cannot mime FS-es or actions in the GM’s posts. *Cannot be the first action of the round. *If Gogo is not used, he automatically heals for +1 HP each round, but he starts with 30 HP at the beginning of the game. *He counts as male for gender related contests.

SSBB = Super Smash Brothers Brawl To all of those interested in joining, there are no sign ups. You can just start playing right off the bat. If you need additional help, I am here most of the time and more than willing to try to help as much as possible. Also, if you don’t play and just watch, feel free to comment on the action or the plot or anything else. Doing so is as highly encouraged as actually playing.

Story as of now: The GM comes down from his office to make a very important announcement. GM: It is my birthday so that means I can break any rule I want! First, Aerith, you are invincible this round. So are you, Nanoha-chan. Nanoha squeals and claps. GM: Cloud! Ultimate War God Slash. Cloud: Yes sir. GM: Squall! Lionheart! Aside. It is way better than Cloud's move, but don't tell him that. Cloud: Sir... You're telling that to me. GM: Shh! Don't tell Cloud that. Cloud sighs. GM: Oh! Nanoha. I almost forgot this. Catch. The GM tosses Nanoha a Smash Ball. GM: Saber! Holds up his hand. The back of his hand glows with a magical seal. Summon up something nice. Saber summons Ifrit. His Hell Fire burns Ice Climber, Cloud, Young Link, and Ryu (BoF) for -3 damage each. ----------------------- In the clan hall, everyone is celebrating for the GM as well. Pit: This is so fun. I love parties. Snake: Yes. It is a special day. As a treat, I'll even forgo making fun of how much of a doofus Pit is. Pit: Thanks. Snake: Don't mention it. Cream comes out of the kitchen carrying a large cake of her head. Cream: Cake time! Chell: Cake is a lie! Sam: Dude, Gordon, your date is a little... Gordon: Sorry. She is a little excitable. Gordon takes Chell aside to try and explain that this cake is real. Laharl: All right! Cake time! Cream: Gomen nasai! First piece goes to the birthday boy. Laharl: He's not here so give it to me! Mai traps Laharl in a full nelson and lifts him up. Mai: Be nice to her or else. The GM gets the first piece. Laharl: Fine. Just stop touching me! Snake: How are we going to get the GM to come down here to get his gift? Mai: Milfeulle has already went ahead with a separate cake. Once we hear back from her, we can dig in. Snake: I hope she gets there soon. Mai: In the mean time, we can always party! Mai whips out her fans and starts leading everyone in a dance. Snake shrugs and taps his bandana. His Octocamo changes into a tux and her goes back to the party.

Special users can defeat one 1 or 2 HP regular NPC of their choice in addition to their special use (meaning without targeting the NPC with the special).
Final Smashes (FS): FS actions are powerful, character-specific moves with special effects. They can only be activated two ways and usually involve the character being removed from the game (see below) for a short time. The FS use counter does not reset until all characters have used their FS. To activate: either use a Smash Emblem or buy it with some points. Characters that still have an available FS are marked with the Yen symbol (¥)
Removed from the Game (RFG): Unlike in Magic: The Gathering, this is not a permanent effect. Characters removed from the game cannot attack or heal but cannot be targeted. They return to play after a set amount of rounds. At least three characters will remain in play at all times.
Titles: Titles basically serve no purpose except for bragging rights. You do get a minor point boost or some other bonus effect for earning them though. Some titles will be earned via the war, but most are available during regular gameplay. Some titles are even multiple use so they can be had by many players. A list of all earned titles will be kept throughout the game. At no time will it be revealed how you earned a title so it will be a better challenge to get them. Some will carry over to the next game(s), but most are once per game.
Special Character - Gogo: Due to Gogo’s unique nature, I will post his information every round. If there are any questions, PM me, and I will willingly help. Gogo cannot attack or heal. He is active every round. He has only one special which he uses every round. Special: Mime: *Gogo copies the last action done (the post above this use). *Gogo’s user may choose new targets. *If a special was used, Gogo receives -3 damage in addition to the special’s effects. *Cannot mime FS-es or actions in the GM’s posts. *Cannot be the first action of the round. *If Gogo is not used, he automatically heals for +1 HP each round, but he starts with 30 HP at the beginning of the game. *He counts as male for gender related contests.
