They stated in the editorial some time ago that they were going to start deleting inactive accounts. I suppose they have not gotten around to actually doing it yet..
They did at least once. When I originally went to sign up with Neopets over four years ago, the username I wanted was taken. However if I look up that account now, it is only eight months old. I think they ran a purge of accounts that had been frozen for several years.
Eechye, I'm sorry this has happened to you. Have all your accounts been frozen, or just your main? Are there any other accounts you log into at all, from any computer? Hopefully if you explain your case to TNT politely and clearly, they will put things back as they should be.
There was only 1 account i am controlloing which is my main, There no other account except i creat Eckzr as a side account but not doing daily, I Log in my Main Account most of the time at home and sometime during recess time at school
Now the problem is, It was actually my friend fault, He did use 2 account to earn money and play it at school, while buying some stuff from my restocking, TNT trace the Log and freeze anyone who come with contact with him.
I have explain to them what happan, and told them to check my IP log and stuff

Hello,
Thanks for your inquiry. You should have access to your account now.
Again, we remind you NOT to give your password out to ANYONE for ANY reason and to keep your browsers updated. You should not use something obvious for your password like the word Neopets, your username or real name, qwerty, asdfg and something like 12345. Please choose something only YOU will know! And as obvious as this might sound, DON'T use an old password! We recommend that your password include both letters and numbers, and that it not be a simple dictionary word that another user could easily guess. This way your account (and your pets!) will be safe. Also, giving out your instant message information is potentially very dangerous - which is why it is against our Terms & Conditions (
http://www.neopets.com/terms.phtml). Scammers can also steal your information that way.
And if you were scammed, we cannot return any possibly missing pets, items or neopoints.
If you have any other questions, don't forget to include the entire text of this e-mail with your username clearly at the top. This will help me better address your situation.
