I left to go to the store, and when I got back, I was missing the money I was saving for my Krawk Trans potion. I had close to 900k out of the 3 million, and now its gone. I know I didn't spend it, because the money in the bank was staying there until I had enough for the potion. I hate this! I worked hard for that money and now its gone. I don't even know who could have done it, or why anyone would. I already lost 2 million from the big bank glitch, not the recent one, but the previous one. And TNT still hasn't returned the money from that glitch.

I'd say you were too. Sorry about that, hopefully you can get back somehow. I think they need something that tells you your last items bought from user shops and your last trades. They have something like that for items, but that's pretty pointless. I doubt you'll get anything back from that bank glitch, so don't look forward to it. But email Neopets and see if they can do anything.

Oh my gosh! How did this happen?

Were you in a public lab? On your own computer? Did you visit a user shop? Could someone have hacked into your account somehow?

Is there anything we can do to help you out?

I know I was logged in at the library. But I could have sworn I logged out. I got home and after about a 1/2 or so, I left with a friend to the store, got back ad the money was gone.

I don't know. I made about 3k in games so buy some stuff for my shop. I'm just glad none of my pets are pounded.

Change your password and whatever other security measures you think necessary. Check your item log as well. Is anything else missing? Contact TNT through the form immediately. They can tell where your money went and hopefully stop whoever pirated the np, even if you don't get it back.

That is too bad. Change your password, PIN, and check to see if your email hasn't been changed. Take measures to make sure you won't get scammed again. And fill out a form to TNT to help stop that person.

Emails the same. Passwords been changed. Pins been changed. Event log says theres nothing to be shown.

I dont know what could have happened. I can't blame it on a users lookup, because I view alot of them.

Wait, did you have a PIN set for the bank? If you did then it couldn't have been from being logged in at the library because I don't think someone would be able to guess it. You could have been cookie grabbed or something.

Sorry this happened to you. Did you have a PIN on everything possible? If not, definitely do so now. I can't imagine how this happened, but it's definitely good to contact TNT about it.

No, I got tired of having to put my pin in every time, so I took it off. I've changed it, and put it back on since.

There are certain places where I have a PIN, and others that I don't. I have mine on in the bank, the SDB, and my user prefs, but not too many other places.

When I downloaded Firefox 2, it started saving my PIN so I no longer have to enter it--it's automatically there.
