Okay, just wanted to say Hi as am all new and stuffs...

Welcome to the PPT forums perishedteddybear! What a unique username you have! How did you come up with it? (Stories of usernames kind of fascinate me....probably because mine is pretty odd too). As Auttypie said, there are a lot of very nice, helpful people here! Have fun and post a lot!

Ummm.. not really sure how I came up with the name really... probably all the fault of Hollow Chocolate Bunnies of the Apocalypse though...

cheese does rock, doesn't it? I'm new, too...so I guess we'll welcome ourselves together xD

My favourite cheese, right now, is probably white cheddar...but I change every so often and certainly some cheeses go better with different foods than others. Blue cheese and pasta with vodka sauce is a sure winner!

I like really overripe brie best... stinks worse than stilton but sooooo good with my spiced plum chutney!

Man, that does sound good. I know what you mean about stinky cheeses...Gruyère tends to get that way too, and it scares my brother away when I eat it, but it's oh so yummy!
