Then I "dropped the planks next to the ship"
Next, "dropped the thorns next to the planks"
Used the ratchet-looking thing to "nail planks over the hole in the ship"
Got "the water out of the ship with the bucket"
"Move the ship back into the water with the branch"
"replaced the steam vent on the ship"
"replaced the wheel of the ship"

...and now I've run out of things to do. amarise, I guess we wait?

I'd love a sreeenie of the branch on the ground for I don't walk past it.

for people who have made it back to the ship, did you have all the items? I'm trying to figure out how to get back, but I'm wondering if you need to have all of the items first?

And there isn't an ax, unless I'm missing something

Well, the list I had when I went back to the ship is as follows:
-thorns
-ratchet
-bucket
-wooden planks
-steam vent (metal thing with moss)
-steering wheel
-jawbone
-branch

Anyone have anything I missed?

Has anyone figured a way to get the jawbone with out the tab trick? I'm using Safari and can't get it to work.

I'm exactly at this point as well...I tried going back into the jungle to see if we had to find anything or anyONE, but nothing.....

As for the planks, you just have to keep looking, sorry I can't help more than that lame advice

You should try mapping your jungle out. I ended up with 24 different screens, not counting the boat. It really helps to know where you've been already.

I agree....I had 26 screens and all I did was pencil it out on a sheet of paper with little arrows. Not very pretty, but very quick and easy!

I went walking back thru the jungle, but I didn't see anything or anyone new... Anyone else know the next step? I gotta log off in a few mins, and I know the minute I do, someone will post the step...

um...how do you know when you're done?
