Hey PPTers... I... have a confession to make. As most of you know, I'm a college student and avid neopetter. However what you don't know is... I'm actually a guy. This is a picture of me:

My name isn't really Rachel, it's actually Daniel. Please, allow me to explain... All my life I've watched the difference in how guys and girls are treated. Just once I wanted to see how the other half lives, and I loved it. Girls get more attention, and they really are treated differently. But... I can't do it anymore. I just joined the PPT Divas and I know that's really breaking the rules... I'm so sorry. Please understand, my intentions were not malicious in any way. I'll be changing my gender to male after I post this, it just... doesn't seem right to lie anymore.

You know what's terrible? I am also a male as well, although I did not start out like you did it happened in the end. this account originally was for a female... My wife Kerri, she ended up being totally depressed and gave up all contact with everything including ppt. She at one point in time had over 5000 points, She loved being here. Then I don't know what happened. other then being totally depressed I don't know why she stopped everything while trying to get everything back together, so I wanted to keep posting here, and on neopets so she wouldn't be forgotten.

I'm also sorry to say that I may have made up some lies in her life, she is totally going to kill me but however she hasn't been on in over a year I doubt she will ever find out. Yes I tried to make her into a somewhat attention seeker, I just want her loved she needs that right now, without that she wouldn't have gotten any attention at all. Really? it's true did anyone take notice before I started posting after 4 months after she left?

To put bluntly: either a very ill-timed confession or a rather elaborate joke...

Oh wow, I didn't even realize...

to me it's not even april fools yet... that never even crossed my mind.

Seriosly this has been eating away at me, this doesn't just affect my life here but at home as well. You don't see Kerri crying all the time and moping, she refuses to associate with anyone I don't even know how she still works since it's with the public.

What more can a guy want for his wife? acknowelgemen that she's still alive even when she hasn't been around, I'm trying to keep her memory alive even though I apparently not doing a good job.

Someone had the courage to come out so I did afterwards.

If I wanted to play an april fools joke it would have been something like,

We're expecting triplets (maybe I can convince her to try LOL)
I won the lottery and I'm throwing a party for us!
Or try to claim some outrageously art as mine.

Please let this not be an Aprils fool's joke because... well I'm gonna have to say it that I, too am actually a male. I'm so very sorry and this is embarrassing saying this but I've felt like a fraud for too long now and I just have to get it off my chest and this is the perfect opportunity.
So I became addicted to Neopets from a guy at work and I found this neat place to chat about it and stuff but I was embarrassed by playing a Pet game at my age so I pretended to be a teenageer and since I was already lying I thought it would be fun to be a girll as well. To explore my feminine side, y'know?
Well I guess I'll have to change my gender to male too from now on, now that I've made my confession. Oh, and here's a picture of me in real life:

Wow, you people are taking it much better than I hoped. I am truly sorry but I'm also so glad I'm not the only one.

Oh and as for the Diva's board I forgot all the posts I've made there - *this is so awful* I can only apologise again and again I know you must think I'm a freak now after giving hints and tips on everything...
