There shouldn't be any problems... I've got it installed in IE7 and the latest Firefox browser.
If you right click on the toolbars at the top of IE7 you should see all available toolbars you have on your computer. If it's unchecked check it and it should show up.
If that doesn't work try reinstalling. Otherwise come back here and try to explain the specific issue and someone will help.
