Pretty sure it's majority. At least he doesn't say anything about plurality, but sort of hints toward majority in his "double execution" rule section? (well, even though that would be the case for plurality too, I suppose.

To anyone that's PMed me: I've briefly looked at your PMs, but I have like NO time to write anything right now. Have to get off the computer now, and am not entirely sure when I'll be back on tomorrow, though I am fairly sure it'll be before execution and such, so. Just letting you know, in case you're like "OMG SHE READ MY PM BUT DIDN'T ANSWER SHE MUST BE EVIL!!!!!"
...Okay, so that totally ended up being true in the current game on Randomness, but that was also a didn't-answer-because-of-time-issues thing. And I'm not evil now, I swear.

Sorry, but my school's production of Arabian Nights goes into tech week next week, and our TD (theatre director) wants the set done by Wednesday, and it's sort of not anywhere near 'done' at the moment, and so my life is kind of crazy right now, between set construction and making costumes. It's only insane for another day or so, and then I'll probably be fine. In the meantime, however: >_<
