I currently have 47K invested in stocks, but that's not going too well, I have to say.
I've never really got the hang of 'restocking', either.

What would be the best method to turn my 600K into 1mil? Just playing games? Restocking? Stocks?

Just keep pouring it into the stock market. You'll make a profit eventually, especially if you vary your stocks.

Stocks are a long term investment. You can gain a surprising amount of np with sponsor games, look around for petpages that list them all to make it easier.

If you have premium, sniping off the ssw is quite easy. You can snipe off the regular sw but it takes a little more knowledge of items and their value. Resell those items in your shop at a reasonable price and you'll make a surprising amount of profit quite quickly.

Restocking is great, but does require practice before you can make a consistently good income. It's boring and often disappointing, but only until you snag a really good item. ;)

How long of a time period ? If 8-10 months, buy some of the A Mysterious Valentines Card's at around 25k and you should be able to double your money. That said, Tarla could release a bunch of these making them a very very bad investment.

1. Play easy, high-NP yielding sponsor games (some of the best, in my opinion, are listed on my page liked to in my siggy image).

2. Do Esophagor quests when he asks for cheap Spooky Foods and sell his prizes for NP. Do Taelia quests when she asks for items under ~2,500 NP as you usually get most of your NP back and a nice item to sell.

3. Put your NP in the Bank and Collect interest daily.

4. Refresh at the Igloo Garage Sale often and learn to grab the best items. Resell 'em. (Sure everyone says 'there is never anything there and I can't click fast enough', but eventually you will get the hang of it.) Profits range from 200% to 1000% usually.

5. Find some games you can participate in a World Challenge and sell the pieces for 10,000 - 15,000 NP (on average).

6. Be a cheapskate. (Don't buy things you aren't going to resell for profit.)

I'm in your boat where I'm too impatient for stocks and hardcore restocking, so for the most part I just play games. If I have a paper fue or something, and am therefore relaly procrastinating, I can sit down and make a solid 50k a day just by going down the list of puzzles and action games frmo the toolbar. But I find the best strategy to not get burnt out is to have 10 favorite games (easily stored as favorites in your game cupboard thing) that you average 500-1000np on and just play those every day. The ones I stick to are Bouncy Supreme, Turmac Roll, Meerca Chase, Lost In Space, Bruno's Breakaway, Hasee Bounce, Faerie Bubbles, Mootix Drop, Sutek's Tomb, Destructo Match & Ice Cream Machine. I'm really bad at games, but after a while practing and just playing those, I can average 25-30 k a day just having fun. So yeah, that's my advice, just pick a few that you're good at and go with it. It takes longer to save up than restocking, but oh well.

7. Don't get scammed. (E.g. don't state or brag how many NP you have in public. E.g. make sure your browser and computer are secure.)

Stocks, stocks, stocks.

They are definately a long term investment -- expect to feel like you're pouring 15k a day into a black hole for several months -- but the investment will eventually pay off. 47k is nothing -- expect to have well over a million invested before you start seeing any return -- but that's OK that you only have 600k, you can make up the rest playing games and (if necessary) selling stocks for a small profit as you go along.

Also, pay attention to what sponsor games play well, some of the "mystery NP" games that are linked to on petpages, some games were you can get decent NP pretty quickly. If you earn 10k a day (not hard to do at all once you've got the hang of it) you'll earn over 3 million over the course of the year. (Then, stick it in the stock market. :D )

Yeah; when I played games daily, I got between 10-15 K.

I just got fed up of it- as it was playing moreso because I had to, than I wanted to.

I'll have a look at the Snow Quests- I never have really done anything like that. ;)

Thankfully, yes.

I sent a couple of emails- never did actually get a reply; just next thing I knew, it was unfrozen.

Hopefully, a honest mistake on their behalf.

I went through that too, when there were 'so many' easy sponser games that it actually became tiring to earn that 'easy' 15k a day and then I had little energy left to enjoy the games I actually .. well, enjoyed. Some days, I even abstained from doing the easy dailies because it felt stressful. As if I had forgotten there were more games on Neo than just earning NP. :(

Seriously though, Esophagor (and Taelia) quests yield quite a bit. So long as his are Spooky Foods ~ 10-100 NP (quite frequently I find) he will ususally yield an item worth thousands. And just to clarify on Taelia, I usually only do hers if the total of the items is ~2,500 (give or take) 'cause as I said usually she gives a really nice item and just about what you spent on the quest. And you can do them every couple of hours. No-brainer work melikes. A few clicks instead of .. concentration (or worse yet, skill .. or even worse yet, "luck" if you believe in such). :P

If you play Neo 'occasionally' but almost all day (heh) I am betting you could earn 1-2 Million or (way) more a year just with sponsor games, quests, and the IGS (not really true restocking, more like a real game). :D

It is wonderful if one can play favorite games all day to earn NP but I think the most important thing to remember is that games are meant to be fun, a stress release, and/or for learning, creativity, inspiration. Hard to remember there used to be a time when people played games for no incentive at all. Sigh.

My only other advice that I didn't mention before is to NOT invest in the stock market. And before all the people that make so much from it start flaming me, let me explain the intention of my statement. It is only because I believe some people have a sort of magical patience to be able to (so if you CAN make NP this way, all the more power / respect to you). For those of us who would like to see an immediate increase in digits ;) it might be wiser to use the things that cause an immediate increase from one's own effort (however small). Rather than waiting and checking hourly (I already feel ansy thinking of it) to see if a stock went down or up or wondering if I just waited for a week or a month, would it even go up? How much of a profit would I see? My funds are hardly liquid (as in if I really wanted to just blow a million NP on a whim, I at least then COULD from the NP I earned as opposed to feeling that being 'used' to make NP -- or not.)

Good luck to you. I am sure some people have some keys to Neopian wealth that I don't, but I am definitely not complaining about what I made on my own efforts. :)

Buy lots and lots of chocolate.

And re-sell it.

I made 46k out of 20k.

Works for me.

Which chocolates? Only specific ones sell for more than they're worth in the main shops. ;)
