Back in the day of Neo, TNT actually didn't take a year to reply to you.
It only took a couple of days, and they actually tried to help you.

i've sent 3 forms (I think only 2 reached as 1 had a message that had too many characters). On friday i also neomailed snarkie and mailed brandon (tried flighttime but got an automatic reminder back asking me to use the forms again 
). I haven't received a response yet, and the first report was sent almost 4 weeks ago

I'm in the same postion. Though I've only sent in one report either 1-2 days ago. I check my email peridoically too.
